@keith.kogane
I know a lot of people are still recovering from what happened to them, but we have a responsibility to help the ones who are still sick. The news reports say that they've been taken into medical care. I think we need to do what we can to help them. I'm not sure how.
If I was at home, one of my teammates would have an answer.
[Well, Pidge. Pidge would have an answer.]
She'd find a way to harness whatever this freaky blue stuff is inside of us so that we could help someone else. Make a vaccination. Something. Do you guys think we can pull that off? Or do you guys have any ideas for how we can help? We can work together and get those people cured. Some of you weren't yourself the last few days. I wasn't, either. Imagine being stuck that way.
There's one other thing.
A lot of people want to get home. A lot of us need to get home. We left something important behind. But if we're a part of what's happening here, there's a chance we'll be leaving this world in worse shape than we found it. We need to do what we can to help.
I guess I should also apologize. That wasn't me. But the people I talked to didn't know that. I'm sorry.
So. Let me know what you guys think. And how we can help.

Before you say anything, I'll start asking.
So, aside from "everything," where do you fit in? Are you any good at hacking?
[Of course, a bit of attitude had to slip in somewhere.]

Find out where everyone is located. The tech here is pretty advanced, so be careful. If you can't figure it out, I'll ask Morningstar's tech person.

I don't follow incompetent assholes playing at being the boss.

[Keith says this in a very particular way: he assumes it'll get right under Damian's skin in return.]

Whatever. Good luck getting anything done.

It's what he'd have done in this situation at one point in his life.]
Don't even think of compromising our mission just because you won't take orders from me.

Two, you're probably going to fuck it up.
Three, I have my own and far more competent team.

He's not cocky enough to do that, but he kind of wishes he could anyway.]
A leader does what needs to be done.
And what needs to be done is that we need to help people, and not argue about who gets to do it.
If we have multiple task forces, you can have one for yourself. But to get moving, we need to know where people are. If you can do it, then that's your job.

But really, he just misses home. ]
I'm choosing to co-operate with you. That doesn't make you a leader, let alone my leader.
@kara.lang
