@keith.kogane

I know a lot of people are still recovering from what happened to them, but we have a responsibility to help the ones who are still sick. The news reports say that they've been taken into medical care. I think we need to do what we can to help them. I'm not sure how.

If I was at home, one of my teammates would have an answer.

[Well, Pidge. Pidge would have an answer.]

She'd find a way to harness whatever this freaky blue stuff is inside of us so that we could help someone else. Make a vaccination. Something. Do you guys think we can pull that off? Or do you guys have any ideas for how we can help? We can work together and get those people cured. Some of you weren't yourself the last few days. I wasn't, either. Imagine being stuck that way.

There's one other thing.

A lot of people want to get home. A lot of us need to get home. We left something important behind. But if we're a part of what's happening here, there's a chance we'll be leaving this world in worse shape than we found it. We need to do what we can to help.

I guess I should also apologize. That wasn't me. But the people I talked to didn't know that. I'm sorry.

So. Let me know what you guys think. And how we can help.

i don't think using your actual cab as a getaway car is the best idea but you'd probably be the best driver for if things go south

right, so your name is probably tied to your cab. if we could get another vehicle that would probably be a good idea

which joint do you like the least?

if you're going to go in yourself, where do you want to be injured? i'm going to brush up on the nitty gritty specifics of human anatomy so i can leave as little lasting injury as possible for whoever wants to do this thing

wait actually

[ she makes this thread private, just in case he doesn't want the whole "not fully human" thing aired publicly. ]

do you have the same musculature as a full-blooded human? what about ligaments and stuff, do your joints hyperextend at all by human standards? how's your injury recovery time? are your organs in the same place?

huh. your genetic structure must be fascinating

well, we'll work off the idea that you're pretty much human in all the physical ways that count

[ it takes her a minute to figure out why that's relevant... ]

oh! you probably had to have physical exams before you were cleared to fly. right. that makes sense.

technically speaking, i can only do it when exposed to the right kind of solar radiation. krypton orbited a red giant but since earth orbits a yellow one, i sort of get a solar-powered boost

my ship crash landed in gotham harbor and i was pretty disoriented. my memory was a bit off and so i wasn't entirely sure where i was or why and ended up wandering the streets, completely out of it. a car crashed into me and that sort of... triggered it. i couldn't figure out why i wasn't hurt. i panicked, and the next thing i knew i was floating towards the sky and bumping into buildings.
