I know a lot of people are still recovering from what happened to them, but we have a responsibility to help the ones who are still sick. The news reports say that they've been taken into medical care. I think we need to do what we can to help them. I'm not sure how.

If I was at home, one of my teammates would have an answer.

She'd find a way to harness whatever this freaky blue stuff is inside of us so that we could help someone else. Make a vaccination. Something. Do you guys think we can pull that off? Or do you guys have any ideas for how we can help? We can work together and get those people cured. Some of you weren't yourself the last few days. I wasn't, either. Imagine being stuck that way.

There's one other thing.

A lot of people want to get home. A lot of us need to get home. We left something important behind. But if we're a part of what's happening here, there's a chance we'll be leaving this world in worse shape than we found it. We need to do what we can to help.

I guess I should also apologize. That wasn't me. But the people I talked to didn't know that. I'm sorry.

keith, he's not exaggerating when he says he's good at everything except the social niceties. with some effort, he could probably kick both our asses. he should probably be a little more specific with his skill set and he shouldn't have given you lip like that, but acting like a dick about an assessment that's true, if arrogant sounding, probably wasn't the best idea on your part.

haf, keith's got a good head on his shoulders and initiative DOES count for something. at this point, leadership looks a lot more like organization and coordination than giving actual orders, which you should know, so don't get your panties in a twist. there wasn't any need for you to be a dick right back to him. you want to be the better person? then fucking be the better person and learn to cooperate.

you're right in that we should help the people who are in the hospital. i don't think a vaccine is going to be an option, though. what we really need is to get people in there and in contact with the victims. that's going to be difficult even without factoring in the implants essentially working as trackers. i think we're going to need hackers to take some of the heat and attention off of people, people prepared to run interference with hospital staff and/or people with stealth skills who can go in and out of the actual rooms.
