Brought to you by my going home a spell and returning here just about a decade later by my reckoning — what amenities would you say you miss most from home?

Now, for my part. I ain't a man of violence, but if I ever meet the fella or dame that outlawed smoking here I'd sure give them a stern piece of my mind.

More accessible and less expensive coffee. We literally had more widely available coffee in the underground post-apocalyptic alien world I was in before than we do here.

Do you know anything of the process for ale making from where you're from? I reckon the ingredients couldn't be too hard to scrape up, given the prevalence of alcohol here.

Seems like most people miss some sort of animal companion too. Lord knows I'd like to have my dogs here with me as well. Can't say as I've ever kept company with a wolf, though. Raise him yourself?
