[ Well. He knows he needs it. He doesn't seem to have enough control over his temper to reign in his power. It's fine and then it's not, and that's a problem.

He has experiences with not knowing his own strength. That was predictable. Lashing out at people, throwing them off and misjudging how hard and fast he could throw. This is worse. ]

What assistance can you offer.
