I have been tasked by my employers to assemble a field team to collect and investigate some abandoned research down on Adelaide Island to the south.

Some of my colleagues will be joining us. They are men of science.
Our main purpose will be to ensure they can do their jobs adequately, though we may be assigned other tasks as required.

Please register your interest with me along with any useful skills that may relate so that I may forward it to my colleagues.
I have been told to dress warmly.

Should you decide to volunteer, I ask that you swear to be on your best behavior.
You will be coming on my recommendation, and I do not desire to make excuses for anyone while I am working.

No it's not common at all, she's a very powerful shapeshifter.

I do.
My family has very strong ancestral ties to dragons. They are all but extinct in my lands.
Three eggs were gifted to me when they were thought turned to stone.
But I hatched and raised them. They were near full grown when I left them.

I am not normally a dragon myself.

That's amazing! We're actually in the "age of dragons" in my time, although that was mostly because we thought dragons were extinct but just kidding they were in hiding and doing fine. I'm not a scholar or anything but I do love the stories about them.

Do you like being one? I would love to fly. Sorry if these are personal questions.

Truthfully?
No.
It is a difficult sensation to describe, but it has not been particularly pleasant.

I much prefer riding and raising, rather than being.

Yes I can see how having someone who can fight as a dragon would be very helpful when in a bad situation. It's good of you to do it even if you hate it.
