You haven't given jack shit for anyone to work with unless they dig through the replies you've given to people who are already in the know, so it's cute that you're getting mad when people make assumptions while trying to play whatever game you're going at right now. I really can't tell if you're trying to discuss a serious idea or if you just want everyone to lay out their personal philosophy for your perusal.
I asked a question to have a discussion. I wanted to know who here wants to make a difference. That's it. There's no hidden motivations. No mind games. Some people already know what I've been planning, that's beside the point of why I asked.
Alright, I tried having a discussion and you immediately got defensive about what I have and haven't assumed, which isn't very conducive to having a discussion. "Just discussing" means you have no stake in the game, but you clearly do since you're already planning something. So it's very unclear what you actually want here.
I have my own goals in mind. Just as I have my own plans to tackle problems I see. Not everyone has to agree with me and I don't have to agree with them, doesn't mean we can't compromise or that other viewpoints can't inform how I proceed.
Should I have added a followup question? An "If so, how?" would that have made this more palatable to you?
Yes, actually. You giving aggressive and defensive replies left and right doesn't demonstrate the intent of being open to critique to the uninformed. It's not like I know you or can read your mind, you have to go through the dance and charade of making it clear what your intent is, otherwise we're going to have misunderstandings like this. It's not about being more palatable, it's about communication.

Look, we're just going in circles now. I've said my piece, you can add it to your list of considerations or not.
I do have a final suggestion: hire a PR manager.

Someone else will handle the public from now on.
