So I know I can't be the only one who's had the unexpected pleasure of coming into possession of messages that aren't intended for my consumption. I'm not talking about you getting someone's private love letters or metaphorical cat video links, which I've gotten and deleted.

If I were back home, I'd be sliding this info to my nearest and dearest investigative journalist type. Since I'm not, well, I guess I've got to take matters in my own hands.

It's an interesting read, so, I'm just going to include the unedited details for all.

Maybe it's just me, but do people usually name successors for campaign donations?

in my experience, keeping low about these sort of issues tends to be the best route to take
at least with the general population
telling a closed group of people who are trying to hide from the eyes of the government is better

even then, i'd still be wary about spreading info till we're certain we know what's going on

I definitely think you're right.
I'm not unwilling to be the one to spread this to everyone else, but I'd like to know that the collateral damage is minimal at best.

I may not be from here, but that doesn't mean I don't feel compelled to make sure I don't cause unnecessary harm. And I'm not equipped to predict what might happen.

Probably, but I can't help but feel a certain sense of responsibility, even if that's just my conscience talking.

Me? Science-y mostly. Innately curious kind of goes with the territory, so I guess it's not so much that I'm not the investigative type, but more that the kind of investigating I do is different.
