@peter.benjamin

So I know I can't be the only one who's had the unexpected pleasure of coming into possession of messages that aren't intended for my consumption. I'm not talking about you getting someone's private love letters or metaphorical cat video links, which I've gotten and deleted.

If I were back home, I'd be sliding this info to my nearest and dearest investigative journalist type. Since I'm not, well, I guess I've got to take matters in my own hands.

It's an interesting read, so, I'm just going to include the unedited details for all.

[what follows is a copy of the message that peter had received earlier, sent from lydia gill-jade, which seems the sort of thing that would come up in a current headlines search if it weren't presumably a secret. well, so much for that, huh?]

Maybe it's just me, but do people usually name successors for campaign donations?

Do you really think these took that much effort? I guess that may be because you don't have a way with words.
variate: (Akechi no.)

[ this is what happens when he looks away for two seconds. ]

The conspiracies behind them did.

I don't believe that all of them are conspiracies.
variate: (Ehhhhhhh ext.)

[personal profile] variate 2019-06-28 02:56 am (UTC)(link)
You know what I mean.
There's a lot of effort put into keeping all of this to exactly what it was before it was sent to us.
It reminds me.
impede: (resorting to emojis ...)

[personal profile] impede 2019-06-29 01:42 am (UTC)(link)
Does it? Do you think these are like calling cards, or the fake Medjed?
variate: (Piece of dick.)

[personal profile] variate 2019-06-30 05:56 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking.
impede: (I'm too far along in it.)

[personal profile] impede 2019-06-30 05:57 am (UTC)(link)
You're assuming a great deal of intent.
variate: (God's up for a real fuckin surprise.)

[personal profile] variate 2019-06-30 05:58 am (UTC)(link)
I know, but I don't think it's far off.
impede: (I get ALL the free food.)

[personal profile] impede 2019-06-30 05:59 am (UTC)(link)
I would say it's closer to what we hoped to accomplish with the fake Medjed.

If you're like my take on it.
variate: (Akechi no.)

[personal profile] variate 2019-06-30 06:13 am (UTC)(link)
Except we're assuming it's not fake.
impede: (I have perfect measurements.)

While there are political leads, there are also urban legends and tales of unique creatures. I don't believe any of it is fake. However, I don't believe it's a matter of painting a target, either. Not in the traditional sense of the calling cards.

It's telling people to look a certain way. While that did force someone to manifest in the cognition of our world, I believe the equation with the fake Medjed is more accurate. There's an aspect of seeing what might shake out.
variate: (Eh.)

[personal profile] variate 2019-07-04 03:16 am (UTC)(link)
These are things that someone would've normally overlooked, unless they were being looked for.
I want to see what shakes out.
impede: (no one is more desperate than Akechi!)

Curious that they drop these when no one can verify them.
variate: (Not sure or get lost.)

[personal profile] variate 2019-07-08 11:43 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, it is.
