oh, idk, twenty-something years of swimming. being on the swim team in high school and several summers being drunk in ibiza and saving my best friend from drowning himself after a bender.

great, then we'll start with the basics: treading water which is pretty much the most important thing to keep you from not drowning. then we'll move on from there.
