Glimmer, @castiel.winchester, and myself were tasked with putting together a training program for the civilians here which we are in the final stages of. Depending on the interest from the citizens here, we will need more instructors. The plan is basic hand-to-hand combat with an emphasis on self-defense and stealth techniques in order to flee safely. @ziggy.stardust made us safe weapons to train with too. We are not looking to make warriors of them, but to help them keep alive in the inevitable next attack. If you don't feel comfortable volunteering here, you can message me separately or come to Red Wings and speak in person.

This will be a free service for them and a volunteer organization for now. @hafid.alghul is helping us with marketing. We need a name if anyone has ideas. Once these final touches are done, it will be marketed and then launched.

The warehouse is bought and we got sponsors before the Aerie that have agreed to continue. It won't be specifically connected to Red Wings but its own entity. It's likely people will put together that it's run by at least one Displaced since I haven't made it a secret. You can say you're just a volunteer and they may believe you, but I wanted to be upfront that complete anonymity isn't guaranteed.

Edited to add: I was not clear on the process. I would like to meet with volunteers, we will go over our plans for training so they are also prepared for training these civilians. Abilities will be tested and discussions will be had first. You don't have to be a trainer to volunteer, we can help make the transition from warrior to teacher. Castiel and I are both very experienced.

The first two Commanders of my people were from closer to your time, so I have an idea of what high school is. The television equivalent here seems very shallow, was it less shallow in your time?

You know what? It was kind of hit or miss. You had your Jersey Shore, which was basically just a bunch of douchebags with fake tans running around slap-fighting each other over who was porking who.

On the flip side, you had Titanic, which was like. This historical thing about this ship wreck that killed a buttload of people. There's this scene where the ship's going down and they cut to like a mom tucking her kids into bed and an old couple laying down together to die

It's very unlikely. I've only truly cried once, when I found my lover's head in our bed after she was tortured to death. I allowed myself five minutes. Titus still thought that was too much, which is why he recommended I not be involved with anyone again. It was a logical suggestion.

Sorry about your lover. Can't say I don't see where Titus is coming from, god knows I learned my friggin lesson about what happens to people you love when you live the kind of life I do.

Still, you and Clarke seem to be managing. Glad you found someone after all.

Costia was a good person. I shouldn't have been with her, Titus was right. I couldn't avenge her because her killer needed to be brought into my coalition. It wasn't easy, but it was the right thing to do for my people.

Clarke and I were enemies first and we had a difficult path. She convinced me, she still tries to convince me, that emotions aren't always weak. I died in front of her, so our time here is a gift. As long as we're both here, we'll never be parted.

I thought you two were involved, but I also have no friends outside of the memories from my Aerie self. I did have someone close to a friend in my world, but I had to kill him. I'm learning about the new types of them.

You've been through worse from what you've said. After the discomfort is gone, check in with him about the aftermath of your death. I assume watching a good friend die is difficult too.

I was loved more than hated by my people, but the people who hated me really hated me. Many didn't want my coalition. So I'm used to negative relationships too.

I can't order any of you around so it's been an adjustment. There's more bad blood between me and Bellamy than with anyone else.
