Hi. I'm Riku. Sorry that I wasn't around for what everyone just went through. I can't beat myself up about that now.

[It's true. He wishes he could be there, but he couldn't. A part of him wants to get twisted up and obsessed over it, but he can't.]

I meant to make this message before I went away, but I didn't get the chance.

Not too long ago, we had a "Welcome Committee." The idea was to help people get settled in, get them a home-cooked meal, and make sure they get any questions answered. I promised someone I'd look into expanding it, but I can't seem to find her now. That doesn't change things.

I'm looking for someone to spearhead this. If you're interested, let me know.

If you're new, we have a guide here. Not sure how up to date it is.

Otherwise, there's another thing that we do. Those of us who got raised up to being 18 so we didn't need guardians, and those of us who need some extra schooling, all have a study group of sorts. If you're interested, let me know about that, too.

I guess I should say that I'm 18 now, so it's not much of a lie. I'm gonna keep it up anyway.

caffeine and booze.
part a, I don't care how you get it but if you want a day 2 morale boost it's only coming with some kind of caffeinated something

part b, I know they got that bar, but that is too long to wait. shove a drink in their hands like 20 mins of the bus. seriously, there is no such thing as too soon
