Someone told me that we're probably here for a reason. Maybe Ling has something to do with that.

That's exactly what I'm wondering.
If we were brought here, who's to say it's not the real one?
And if it's not the real one, then why bother writing him in at all?

[ it hasn't missed her that mentioning judas could be bad for (a) everyone in new amsterdam seeing this reasons, (b) judas could be seeing this reasons. she's slowly but surely getting better at the subtle approach. ]

This isn't real.
But it's constructed from real parts, and by a real person. I just think if we could talk to Ling, we might learn something. But all I keep hearing are whispers that people have seen him.

Enormous and full of millions of people. Way more resources than we typically have at our disposal.

(Anyone seeing this: I don't mean that harshly. It's just that people typically have fewer individuals to call upon.)
