@goro.akechi (via Morningstar Network)

[In truth, Goro Akechi is no leader or great organizer of the people. His approach to things like this is selfish at best, but he wants to make sure that no one is going to get in his way.

The reality is that he sees the opportunity behind this all. But at the same time, he has someone caught that he cares about. That he needs to be able to reach.

And thus, he's divided: between his worst inclinations and his worries. Regardless, there's no reason to reveal his hand.

Thus, he does this. He doesn't see any point in provoking who's "left behind," not like he did early in Zerzura.]

I believe it would behoove us to have a place to talk away from Cassius' prying "eyes."

So, here we are. I'd like for this to serve as a bit of a roll call. Check in, and say where you are.

I'm certain we've all realized that attempting to return "home" won't serve us in the least.

I didn't take him up on his offer of help around the first New Beijing drop-offs. I didn't trust the faceless AI. Why anyone could blame me, I've yet to discover.

And what is the door -- what are the paths?

Will everyone cease their baseless vagueties. Spell out what you wish or do not, but I intend to help where I can. I may not be new, but I am still as yet unfamiliar as someone of your caliber. Apparently. So. Help. Where do we start and where does that lead.

What else should be worked toward?

It has its' pleasures, but the answer to your query is a resounding, no. The status quo has gone on too long, I take it?

Or, it's just what it looks like. But, believing that is not in our best interest. So, I'll take your side. Cassius has been taken advantage of.
