So what's your experience with gods outside of you know, your own life? Did you interact with non-Norse gods too?

There's a council, actually.
All with different details sharing the same consistencies in narrative, you could say.

Like Greek gods, Egyptian, Sumerian?

Japanese, Inuit, etc. etc.
There were even those that hail from other planetary bodies, depending on their allegiances at the time.
