I didn't know I was running for governor here so I don't have a prepared list but generally speaking giving people the help they need to support themselves so they don't turn to crime or drugs or alcohol is the way to go. Safe and affordable housing for homelessness, community centers to give kids activities and mentors to keep them off the streets, safe drug taking places.

But I'm already helping to do that.

Those are all well and good, but that doesn't solve the heart of the problem. At least not in my opinion.

If the heart of the problem is the corrupt whatever the word for businesses in power government, what are you going to do when it all falls down?

Helping people won't topple the power structure here in a day, or 20 or like 100. But if you give people a hand up they're going to realize that they're the dominoes.

I think empowerment needs to be done in more ways than just offering a hand out.
I think they need something to aspire to as well. Something to believe in. There's a reason they've already started worshipping us.

No. Not that extreme.
