I have some news. Information. Whoever's been doing all this stuff to you and then dumping you in our city, they weren't so tidy this time. One of the nurses actually stopped and saluted a camera. I'll let you decide how to feel about that, but on my side, I'd call it a dick move.

Anyway, it means I caught his face enough to run recog, finally. They definitely know, though, because I've been barely managing to chase his info down before it's wiped. Which is also why I don't think we have time to waste, so I'm not waiting on preparing an established agent.

I'm sending his address through now. Let me know if you're following it. I'll watch your back. Literally.

You did? We hardly know each other, Scott, but it is heartening to know you wouldn't immediately think of me in a poor light.

There are police officers who are a poor fit for active duty, but I try not to be one of them.
