I disappeared shortly after we returned from Zezura.

There are trees all over the city now.
In the pipes. Something we did in Zerzura changed things.
It changed things for us, too. I've seen people's dreams again -- without going to that place underwater.

i'm still not particularly convinced that a person actually does get sent back to their world. whatever it is you think you remember about your time back home could have been inserted in by whatever or whoever implanted these devices inside of us.

but did you have a good time back home?

Maybe. I'm not certain what does or doesn't happen when we flicker out. All I know is reappeared with physical changes and memories fairly consistent with what I would expect from a return home.

[ And it's not like maybe people know the League and all it's players well enough to start shoving them into places. Or what Ra's was doing. He hasn't ruled out the idea that those trips home are being watched, though. Or that their history hasn't been detailed and stored somewhere. ]
