hey. i'm one of the new people who woke up in the monster hospital.
thanks for coming to get us.
i've already talked to some of you but i guess i should introduce myself anyway.
i'm roxas and i'm from the same place as sora and riku.[And he's not at all used used to openly talking to...anybody...but it's apparently the thing to do here, and the network is literally in his head, so he forges past his discomfort.]people have already been answering the questions i figure most of us had after we got here but i have a few extras.
1. some of us were in the hospital a really long time.
we didn't just show up there right before you guys came to rescue us but no one knew.
is there a chance there could be other spots where more displaced people are trapped?
2. i keep getting a lot of stuff from UNA.
i guess they want to recruit me?
they think my parents died in the emp attack. they must like orphans.
is there a way to make it stop? it is really annoying.
3. what's the highest place in the city a person can get to?
it's okay if i need to climb to get to it.
i just can't open a corridor to go there directly anymore.
4. i'm already looking for stuff myself but if anyone knows about a good way to find a job if you've never had one before i guess that'd be good.
well...i have had a job but nothing i got paid for. otherwise i only remember doing odd jobs for a day.
i don't care that much about munny but i've got too much free time now.
that's all.

This is Rey. I have some information. ([Bad username or site: el @ 21396518], you'll want to see this.)
The UNA held me prisoner for several days because of some videos I made. They were trying to get information about Morningstar out of me like they did out of the rest of the captive agents.
Their strategy was to drug me, deprive me of sleep, and keep me isolated. The drugs were different than the ones given to us when we first arrived, which made us compliant. I didn't follow any of their orders. If they had access to those drugs, or if they even knew they existed, the UNA would have used them to get information from me. Wherever those drugs are coming from, it's not a UNA project.
Beyond Morningstar, they were most interested in this thing in our chests. They tried to run tests every way they could. It didn't seem like any of their tests turned anything up. They don't know what it is either. It seemed like they thought Morningstar had developed super-soldiers (that's us) to fight them with.
After they saw my power, they asked the other agents about it. I spoke with them after they were freed. Some of those taken in September set them straight that not all of us are Morningstar. [
'set them straight,' she says, like they were doing her a favor. they weren't. but it's better to stay positive, even if it came from a place of resentment for the displaced. ]
I think the UNA knows we're separate now. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing.
The good news is that we got our agents back. Everyone taken in June or September is free. They can't tell the UNA anything else, and I think we really surprised them by how hard we hit back.
But I think the people who built shrines to us are still in danger. Their soldiers kept asking me if they were Morningstar supporters too, because of their shrines and this light. Even if knowing we're not all Morningstar changes that, they'll want more information, and we know what they'll do to get it. We have to reach out somehow.
Oh. And if you see me, you should call me 'Kira' now. According to all records, 'Rey Nolo' died at the outpost. [
Which means a new ID, a new bank account, a new job, a new apartment. Can't wait. ]

I think it's best to get this out here as soon as I can. Last month before I disappeared, four of us held a meeting with a mysterious man named Ball. He was able to serve us coffee and good baked goods, and he told us a little about ourselves. He believes that we've either been touched by gods, or that gods are why we're here. That likely sounds ridiculous. But he said there's a way to test it. To prove it to ourselves.
The way to do that? Gates. I don't entirely know how, but I was given one of four locations to seek out. Mine is in New Oslo, and I'd like to be headed there soon. Markus, Loki, and Ojiro have the other three. I haven't been back long enough to find out what those are.
But here's a few things to think about before you dismiss this out of hand. It may be tempting to do so. If I hadn't been here for a while, I would have done so.
First, when many of us dreamed? We changed things. We changed reality. I covered some of those changes here, and Johnny asked for some more here. I'm willing to go over that later. We can't deny that reality isn't what it was before, and that we're the only ones who remember it. And think about it. I just went home and came back six years older.
Second, as Rey and Loki pointed out here, there are people making art of us. I know that some of those people think of us as proof of god. That may be ridiculous, but look back at the reality bending. Think about it.
So that brings me to my main point. As much as I've personally fought against it, we've been put into a position where we have a unique power and ability to enact change on this world. Right now, we're in a position where we're trying to hide. I think—no matter who you back, no matter what you believe—we're being foolish if we don't use that to our advantage.
This world is dying. Cassius made that obvious to all of us, though I think he also made it worse. But what we've learned is that we can do something about that. I can't even begin to suggest how we tap into that power, but it's possible that someone in this world will know how.
This is my plan, then, in no specific order:
1. We need to seek out those gates. It might tell us more about ourselves.
2. We need to find a way to separate ourselves from Morningstar and protect the people who are making art about us. We need to protect the structure of Morningstar because what it means to this world, and we need to protect these people. Not just because they have answers about us.
3. We find a way to harness our powers to help this world. To keep it from dying. Some people don't want to leave. And I'll add this: I want to bring my people here. I have a feeling that I'm not the only one. I know that's selfish, but I have my reasons for it. You can ask.
I don't know how to execute on every part of this. If you want me to come up with a plan, I will. But I'd prefer if we worked together. I know Damian has a plan on a different level, but perhaps this can dovetail with what he's doing. Maybe we can work in tandem with Morningstar while not endangering them. We'll have to see.
Obviously, we start with New Oslo, unless one of the other three locations is more ideal. I think that's the logical place to begin.
