just a heads-up:

i've offered powers training 1:1 in the past, and some of you have taken me up on that. if you haven't, or you haven't been sure how to ask, i'm going to be doing these as group classes moving forwards on a regular schedule.

tuesdays and thursdays, 8pm, pin's on the map.
i hope to see you there. bring your own snacks.

i'm happy to answer questions but they don't have to ask permission or anything, just tell them to come when they can
