Turns out that we're missing two new faces around the safehouse.

I'd play a guessing game as to why I wasn't told, but I don't care. These two faces apparently murdered two people that night.

I don't know who they are, but I do know that they're locked up. Any guesses as to what's going to happen to them?

Genuine question. Because I don't know.

Oh, and because some of you think you can do whatever the hell you want around here: don't think the way out for them is a jail break. Don't even fucking try it. And no, Morningstar isn't in the business of breaking people out of jail, because that would be stupid.

I don't do stealth missions into precincts.

send us in to pull them out
put them behind bars down in the safehouse until we figure out what to do with them

Do you think going into a precinct with hidden IDs is a solid move?

You realize all the cops can see that they're hidden by looking at you?

This isn't my territory, and I've messed it up a few times.

But my understanding is that El is making you all new lives, histories. Building little bits here and there to make it seem like you've been in this world the entire time.

You can't just restart that, not easily. Not without leaving some trace. We have to work around it with the people we bring in – the civilians. It's much harder, and they have to live their lives with their heads down.

So, what I think you're suggesting is something temporary. No can do.

i was thinking more along the line of ruining one id, rebuilding another after
have one of our own get into the precinct with their name attached, make a wanted man out of them

I like the humane route, but you're forgetting the part where they need to get back out.

get out with them
get their chips registered
done

as distractions
not to hurt
set them up in a few places around the city, use them to empty out the precinct,
get inside, gently take down the few left, escape with our guys
still kills whatever ids we have on the guys going inside, but
no deaths, no one brutally injured, nothing of importance destroyed
