A day or so would make sense to wait for the effects of the drugs to wear off, because that does legitimately affect their ability to make decisions. But more than that still seems unnecessary; no one arriving really has a sense for this place after four days, especially when they aren't even allowed out of a single building, so it's not as though they cross some sort of metaphorical boundary on day four that makes it different from day two in anything other than the creation of their ID.

Whose decision is it anyway, ultimately? Who would actually control the safehouse when it's working again?
