We probably need to get the New Amsterdam gate back online at some point.

It seems like our best bet to recreate the situation that turned on the gates in the first place which means we need to have people in New Oslo, New Rio, New Cairo, and Mount Everest activating the gates at the same time.

We've got new little birdies, you lot can help.

What kind of gates are we talking?
If they're mechanical, I might be able to help, I'm an engineer
I know this is the future and all, but
some principals stay the same for hundreds of years, you never know

You're not wrong about engineering, but the gates are like a doorway. Not much engineering required.

It's fairly intuitive. The art around the gates emphasized unity and connectivity, which should be a requisite we meet by working together in this in the first place.
