I don't want sycophants and loyalists. I want dissent and discussion because that is what drives improvement and holds people accountable.

If people want to discuss this with me in good faith and not read into motivation that isn't there, I'll hear them out. As I have been here. As I did before.

I have tried, time and time again, to do this, and have apparently failed every time.
