Oh God no, don't put it somewhere where there's heavy traffic, absolutely not.

If you've got a plan and people watching things, I think that's sufficient-- my point was if we keep the things that we're working on separate from the truly dangerous things, geographically, we'll also curb the potential of those things walking off. More targets, they might have to pick the one with the best chance of success.


[And he doesn't have to know where that is. Even if he's not sure who he would tell, he's used to not having all the information. That's the military for you.]
