I like the color coding system, though perhaps we could expand the Red tag out to include an Orange? Red would mean we never touch it again, Orange would indicate that if we knew more about some aspect of it, it could potentially be understood enough to move it to Yellow. But I'd understand if we're not looking at a high enough volume of subjects to get that specific about categorization. It would just be annoying to have to go through all of our Red tags because something had been discovered in another, separate test that could be useful.

I've done some weapons handling both in maintenance settings and practical applications, in one case. I could take apart a Starfighter cannon and put it back together better than I could a normal rifle, but it's not like I wasn't firearms trained at the Academy.
