And that's a real risk, yes, though it's also one that could easily come up with a Displaced who just chooses to tell someone about all of this. We can't really control those sorts of variables, and it comes down to balancing mitigating risk with doing harm, which this entire issue seems to fall more on the latter side of.
It really should, and hopefully we can come up with one that can be put into place.
