Good shout, actually. Occam's razor would dictate that the date is followed by the time, but then you've got that ".750Z" and things go tricky. When tacked on to the end of a number, Z could denote Zetta, a decimal unit prefix in the metric system, meaning a factor of 10^21.

But I don't know why that would be the case, if it is, so: A serial number's as good a guess as any, though you'll be hard-pressed to find a list of them.
