They do. There's always the artificial flowers route, which can be arranged just as nicely as the real thing.
[But... people usually appreciate the real thing more than paper flowers, no matter how nice.]
The alternative is to find the type that thrive on indoor light. Or just go with cut flowers, but we'll have to make sure to change those out every week or so.
